I have spend a few weeks gathering various information from the internet and Github, im trying to get someone to take the information and build a program in whatever language works best for you. I need this program to be working in Canada.
It must take information we have on hand, write data to JCOP emv java cards, and then it has to be able to write the VISA, Mastercard, and whatever type of Payment POS systems there are and generate the Cryptographic variation keys.
We have Cardpeek, and various script from Github, that we currently use
I have another developer, but he is very busy with school, and not sure if he has the required skill set to complete this task.
