I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. Program that scans all the cryptocoins on [login to view URL] and looks for a volume spike in trading that is abnormal. Such as 3x bigger than the average volume bars prior to the one that just happened. It should scan the exchange every 3 minutes looking for volume spikes. When one is found it should immediately send an email alert. Or place a buy/sell depending on a couple other variables.
