Hi, I have experience extracting complex PDF data and outputting it in various formats including to excel. I use R which is also able to manipulate the excel files and apply the search and column transformations as required. Could you provide all 15 formats of PDFs? I can implement steps A-C with Java programming language. I made something similar. For example in my Recent Reviews you can see the project "Create a script that extracts image and text data from pdf files". I'm not familiar with QUICKBOOKS.

For 10+ years, I have worked for a financial services company as a senior programmer/analyst. In that time, I have designed new systems as well as maintain and update old systems. I have worked on different systems. One of those was Microsoft Office - specifically Microsoft Excel. I have also taught myself how to write macros using Microsoft VBA.
