Essential Responsibilities: Support the warehouse and procurement team in reporting and ensuring that the filing system is uploaded in the online system Support implementation of Data analysis strategies in collaboration with the warehouse and procurement Manager in order to develop a viable data entry system and also identify gaps In collaboration with the Supply Chain Coordinator develop an action plan for activities and clear deadlines, including a reporting schedule from country office or field Field office to ensure proper implementation of reporting procedures, this will include working with the local warehouse and logistics Staff Responsible for archiving documents for easy access
