Modify software to work on Windows-7

I need someone to convert the attached software to work on Windows-7 (64-bit) . I am using Palm Desktop version 4.1.4 which has a task manager, calendar, phone book, etc. There is a software made by "Innersafe" which makes the data saved by Palm Desktop encrypted and password protected so that others can not access my Palm Desktop files. I have recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows-7 (64-bit). Palm Desktop works well on Windows-7 in the original version. But I cannot install the Innersafe encryption software on Windows-7 (64-bit) because it is not compatible with Windows-7. I contacted Innersafe and they don't plan on making a Windows-7 (64-bit) version for their encryption software for Palm Desktop. I have attached the Innersafe software that works with Windows XP. I am hoping that someone can modify it to work for Windows-7 (64-bit). Please let me know if you need a copy of Palm Desktop, I can supply that to you as well. Thank You.
