I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. For car wash.

I have to send my Customers to 5 Different Car wash Location. So they Van get Free Car Wash. Once a week only. They Have Monday thru Sunday to use the car wash if they don’t the car wash expire. The smart card will be use to activate the wash.
