Good say Sir, I am an experience developer in web and desktop development. Your project requirements is pretty simple, and for someone like me it is standard work to upgrade an old visual studio project to new version. The actual amount of work needed should not be too much, but it may require updating lots of places in the code to remove/replace obsolete code and introduce new code that works the same way as before. I have put 3 days for delivery of the project based on the above estimate, hopefully the program is not too big, if it is then i might need a few more days to fully test and debug with replacement code.
