I am seeking an experienced individual or team to give us consultation to create an educational system. The system will encompass to university level, and the contents of the system must be able to be adapted to different languages.
I need to hire someone who has the knowledge and experience to build a comprehensive and effective educational system from the ground up. The system will be used by learners around the world and must be able to withstand high volumes of usage. The successful applicant will have to ensure that all aspects of the system are functioning properly and that it meets all of my requirements.
