I have multiple of Adafurit's 16x32 LED signs, a Raspberry pi 3B+ running rassbian, and a microphone. I need some type of python script and OFFLINE speech recognition engine to get audio from the microphone, translate it to text and send it to the LED sign to be displayed. My budget is $100.
