For a small Programm I am offering my services for 1000 rupees and for bigger I would require 1500 rupees. I'm also a very flexible developer, so you don't have to adjust your time frames for me. If o can't deliver your project, you of course don't have to pay. If I am able to deliver of course the copyright of the whole source code will get transferred to you.
