Simply, well not simply, but we require a Sage like accounting, invoicing and inventory system built, which will be easy to use (where Sage isn't) in house by our staff.
We need to be able to create templated orders and invoice, package notes etc, keep records of whats going in and out, in all main currencies, and keep a robust but simple to use inventory system.
The inventory system needs to take into consideration, all elements of the product, so therefore the packaging, inserts, and products itself, rather than just a stock control with a one in one out feel.
The accounts are of the package will need to be similar to quick books, very intuitive, and therefore not over complicating accounting.
We naturally need a team who have experience of this before and a proven track record, please do not apply if you don't have the background.
Another option to use an off the shelf highly customisable existing software, if there is such a thing.
