I want to built a mobile app for Android and IOS a MMS or Chat a concept very similar to Whatsapp the difference will be the form of invitation... example I am in a bar I see this person I want to meet I point my cellphone (With the app) to the person that is at a range of 5 to 10 ft and sent the person an invitation via text message that I want to chat via the app. That's the concept.
