There are three components in this project. 1. Helpdesk System (Ticketing) 2. Workflow 3. DMS All three has to be integrated and work through one application. We have created 6 workflows in alfresco activity BPM, the client likes to see how it can be invoked in application so that further we will have 25 workflows to build. The workflows are will have multiple and parallel approvals with conditions in the process. The forms and workflows should be dynamic. The project with these 6 workflows should go live in another 15 days of time. Please let us know your feasibility and charges towards this.
