We need help in selection of robotic arm for plasma cutting bevel holes. It will be desired to provide design of attachment for fitting plasma torch so that it can cut bevel holes in 2mtr x 2 mtr range. We will also need software which can convert part drawings in the arm movements. We can buy a cost effective software suggested by you or build our own application.

I have worked for 20 years in the cutting industry for 2D and 3D laser cutting... during this time I have been designer, production manager, machine designer and I have handled many projects involving product development for our clients. I built some machines for 2D cutting (for both Plasma and Laser) and I installed the CNC control for the machines: I customized the postprocessors and test the machine motion system by setting the motion controller PID gains to the best values for optimun performance.
