Sencha project to upgrade

I have an old project in Sencha that I'm considering upgrading to more modern technology. I'm not sure if this is feasible. I was always impressed with the speed of this application. Curious as to how much time and effort it would take to migrate this and how and if this code is of sufficient quality to build upon. Some have said it was not while others have said it's sufficient. Touch and inking would be nice and it's my understanding that Sencha does have some touch capabilities. Thanks for your interest.
