Small Desktop app

PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU READ DETAILS. I am looking for a small application. This application needs to work with the following: XP - Pen Star G640 drawing tablet. The software provided allows a simple click to launch a program. That's where the new app comes in. I am capturing electronic signatures with this tablet. I need an app designed that can open with the click function of the XP - PEN... (that function is already solved by XP-PEN) The app required is to open and provide areas to sign using the XP-PEN tablet. When the signature is complete and captured two options available in the same window (Redo Signature or Signature completed). The Redo signature clears the screen and allows it to be done again. The Signature complete then pulls save location information from the local app which is written in PHP. You will work with our designer to achieve this functionality. The signature is to be saved in jpg, BMP, and gif. There can be no searching on the tablet for signature location The required app when launched is to occupy the entire writing area of the g640 tablet. Sizing and consistency are very important. Signatures need to be standard in the final saved image... This tablet acts just like a mouse. The provided software for XP-PEN can define the area for signature on a monitor but CANNOT define it within an actual app. If the app moves the signature area stays static on the monitor and no longer will be in the correct location. That will be your job to resolve with the new app. The XP-PEN works well with Microsoft Paint if that gives you a good understanding. OS is Windows 10 and Server 2019 This may sound complicated but it is a relatively small app required to correct an issue. You will be coordinating with our PHP designer and if he is happy we are happy. I will release all monies on the successful completion of the app. The milestone will be 100 percent on completion in Canadian Currency, like I said when our designer is happy we will be happy.
