I need to have a batch/PowerShell script written to address a user issue. A softphone for telephony is used in the Call Centre. The Operators are required to define an IP address (Same IP Address for all users) when login into the softphone, to record the phonecalls but forget too. I somehow need to force the issue of the IP address being configured before the users are able to make or receive calls - Either by interrupting the the softphone launching and requesting the IP to be entered or a script to check if the IP address is there, if not add it. Open to suggestions on how to tackle this problem
