Need a CHATBOT builder with CHATFUEL platform (json - api - db)

Hello, my name is RAB and I am a beginner in the design of CHATBOT with the CHATFUEL platform.

I have a project to design a professional connection BOT in the field of security.

We will have on the one hand: (1) SECURITY AGENTS
and on the other hand: (2) SECURITY SOCIETIES

(1) SECURITY OFFICERS can create an account directly from the CHATBOT and then post their application (to look for work)

(2) SECURITY COMPANIES can create an account directly from the CHATBOT then buy a PACK (Standard Pack or Premium Pack) and finally publish a job offer

Basically here is a little what the CHATBOT should allow to do.
The whole process must be automated ...
An application posted by an agent must be automatically visible to everyone who consults the BOT; 
Same for security companies
