I try to install MS SQL Server Express 2014 on my pc, although I receive several errors (see below). My operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate. I am looking for support to solve these errors mentioned below. A specialist has already been looking into the problem although he could not solve it. He noticed that SQL does not create the datafolders with the system database. Error details: Feature: Database Engine Services Status: Failed: see logs for details Reason for failure: An error occurred during the setup process of the feature. Next Step: Use the following information to resolve the error, uninstall this feature, and then run the setup process again. Mastering SQL Server , SSIS , SSRS , SSAS along with Installation and configuration many times. I am responsible for the Design and the Development of the Organization’s Reporting Database which has been constructed with SQL Server 2008 R2. The database is being updated daily from the core system via SSIS and a numerous of KPIS are being daily updated during the ETL. For performance reasons the KPIS are replicated to another DB which exploits the reports via SSRS to the consumers. Also, 10 Cubes in SSAS are being daily automatically processed and the end of the ETL. Finally several other reports are daily automatically produced and sent via email to the recipients.
