I need help on transfering all data including files, mySQL etc on my server with a redhat 7.3 and webmin control panel (I lost the webmin password but still have the root password for the server) to a new host using a direct admin control panel. i need the job done asap. I need the files + mySQL data to be transferred to the new host. Not so many files in there but i need it to be hosted in other host as webmin control panel is not user friendly.

I have lots of experience with moving hundreds of sites with scripts and their databases to new servers. I must have done it a dozen times only in the last month. I am familiar with anything that could go wrong in such situations. I'll do a good job for a fair price.
