DiviGas is a start-up membrane company that has developed technology that could become a critical piece of infrastructure within the emerging hydrogen economy. The company is currently establishing a manufacturing site in Australia and is in need of a part-time admin assistant to support the CEO (remote) and Head of Strategic Projects (Melbourne based). We're looking for support from an Australian-based administration assistant to complete tasks related to setting up our Australian operation. Work will be set task by task as needed, totalling approximately 6-12 hours per week. The work will include the following: - Help with financial matters such as payment of invoices and payroll - Help organise workers compensation, superannuation, insurance arrangements - File paperwork - Immigration paperwork for relocating staff. - Other matters, such as follow up contracts, schedule meetings, and manage calendars Skills required: - Experience with Australian tax, superannuation, workers compensation etc is desirable. - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat - Energetic, can-do attitude - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar

This is something I would really love to work on. Being a computer engineer with extensive experience as a QA engineer, tech support, team lead, project manager, I have worked on various ecommerce sites. In my last job, I managed a team of 40 developers. I was creating project specs, release notes and milestones on the project and liaising with clients and team. I was handling decision-making for the application and its relevant social media. I research and develop new online marketing strategies for my client. Last time one of my clients wanted to improve his website speed. The LCP needs to be improved. I liaised with the developer and asked him to resolve but the developer said it's almost impossible to improve because of the existing CDN. I researched myself and found we are using WP Rocket and found a better optimization tool - Nitropack. Then I configured it and got it implemented. Later the page speed improved a lot. The LCP went to 4.1 seconds from 7 seconds. I have also worked on 100+ projects as a senior QA engineer / QA lead. I always take full accountability for the work I do.
