1. Australian spectrum assets (ownership, capacity, usage and quality), long-term availability and the potential for new technologies • The above work will cover data addressing all networks here –- Telstra, Vodafone, Optus, etc (who has what) and an informed positioning on technologies – 3G, 4G, 5G, etc – across different spectrum bands, • The usage is to address e.g. who is using 850 Mhz band for say 3G Vs usage of 900 Mhz band in 2G but being refarmed to 4G, etc, etc. • The quality aspect is to cover the performance of the networks – Voice and data – across the different bands occupied.
