Cold-Calling Campaign
$15-25 USD / hour
We are a real estate consulting company based in Manhattan. Our firm provides real estate advisory and owner's representation services to not-for-profit and educational clients in New York city.
We are looking to hire someone to call prospective clients to identify those that are looking for our services.
The person we hire will be asked to use an existing list of contacts we have for the four sectors that we serve: charter schools, private schools, not-for-profits, and universities. For each sector, we have a list of organizations with individual contacts, and a phone number to reach them. All of our potential clients are located in New York City.
We are asking the person that we hire for this project to ask questions of each contact. You will not be asked to sell anything during the calls. The information we are seeking includes: (1) identifying existing facility needs (2) possible real estate expansions (3) interest in speaking with our team to discuss potential real estate expansions (4) and if they are right person at the organization to contact about this.
We are looking for someone with:
1. A high level of knowledge about best practices in cold-calling
2. Experience cold-calling clients and prospecting for information
3. Nice to have - familiarity with CRM's and cold-call tracking software (preferably already uses one for their work)
4. Nice to have - familiarity with New York City and its boroughs
5. Independent, responsible, and cordial
The ideal candidate will also be ready to work immediately. We need someone who is ready to start immediately, and is willing to collaborate and offer advice for this project.
