Need telemarketer for project that may lead to weekly job

I need a telemarketer who not only speaks fluent English, but has NO accent whatsoever. Need company owners to feel they are being called by someone within the USA. I need this special telemarketer to call targeted businesses and find out who the owner's name is. This person will Google targeted businesses and get the contact information (phone number/ address/ owner name) as well as the best time for our company rep to contact them - AND whether or not the store is a part of a chain of stores or a one owner, one location shop.) Our goal is that we are introducing a new product into their area and that we would like to set them up with free starter inventory for them to sell to test out distribution in their store.
