Export h5 mode to tflite

I have worked on various deep learning models involving deployment of LSTMs, CNNs, ANNs on edge devices, which include iOS and android. For android majorly we have worked with building native models in Keras or Tensorflow and conversion into TFlite for infering on device. In certain circumstances we have built custom layers in TFlite for Bi-directional LSTMs and so forth.
