We are running a startup website that has been in development for many years and operating on a small market. The cloud service is designed as a one for all solution for managing projects, quality management, content management and collaboration in project oriented operations. We experience difficulties in figuring out why the solution that we think is fantastic does not generate new customers. We do offer free signups but it seems that the barrier of entry learning to use the site is to high.
We are looking for someone to help us identify the problems and discrepancies that drive customers away from continuing using the system.
