Create an Animation for intro and outro of youtube video

New intro and outro animation for all our youtube videos Currently I'm using a still image (which I've attached, and is also displayed in this video: [login to view URL]) and I'd like to take it to the next level with custom 3D animation. I'm looking for something similar to this video: [login to view URL] But with the professionalism and outro like this vid: [login to view URL] Something that fits with the color scheme, feel of our brand, and targets our audience of 18 - 24 year old African-American men. The luxurious lifestyle of successful Rappers is the image we want to portray and entice our audience with. Something money, gold bling, nice cars, and/or sexy voluptuous women related, presented in a classy, tasteful and professional way would be the ideal! I realize it's a tall order, but I'm looking for a designer who can see where we're coming from and deliver what is difficult to articulate.
