Hello, I have just finished a long term work contract which involved this kind of work, The job was creating e-learning courses for large scale clients such as The Royal Navy and as such there were animations that needed to be created showcasing mechanical engineering components which would be similar to this project. I think this project sounds like fun and I feel as though I would be able to complete it to the standard that you require and within the given budget and time constraints. As I have mentioned I have just finished a long term work contract and as such will be able to commit full time to this project. The software I will use will be 3ds max and I will send you previews of the movements of the cameras and outline the effects and timing of each.
