Create animated Video Ad for an Indian online Shopping Portal

We want to create Animated Video Ads for our Shopping Portal for marketing on Youtube, Whatsapp, Social Media, etc.

1. Video Length should be according to Youtube Ads requirements

2. Ad should be based on a theme suitable for creating an impact for our Idea
