Camper Animation , Adding Voice Over and Video

I have developed a 3Dmax model of a camper that I want to create a video from. The first part of the job is to take the 3Dmax drawing and create the animation which is similar to the animation your can see here [login to view URL] except the beds do not fold out in the new video and part of the animation involves moving inside the camper to see how it looks and folding the seats into a bed position including moving the bed extender into position. The animation must be done to match the voice over which I will supply. Once the animation in 3Dmax with voice over is approved, the file must be sent for rendering and the final video produced in HD. The final video will be about 2 minutes long. I will supply the script including describing the camera angles and movement. Include pricing for the rendering if it is a 3rd party charge.
