We need to do presentation for a proposed restaurant at a site for the landlord on Thursday morning. Will provide floorpan with measurements, some pictures of the existing shop, colours, simple logo for the "signage at the shopfront and a mood board to give directions. Doesn't have to be accurate in sized etc. as it will not be used for building plans. Simply just attractive enough to convince landlord to get the lease and go into in depth planning. Limited budget and time!
