Do some 3D Modelling

I need a 3d model created of an optical visor for a Cascade R lacrosse helmet. As a rough example of what I want it to look like I put a piece of paper in the face mask of the helmet in the pictures. The optical visor should be no more then half a centimeter away from the bar. The visor shouldn't go below the first bar on the helmet. I also need a clip designed that can attach the visor the helmet securely I placed an arrow on one of the photos of where it should attach. For more stability two holes should be used on each side of the visor to attach to helmet. Also since chinstrap needs to go past visor please leave two centimeters from end of face mask so the chinstrap can fit through.
