3D Studio Max Amination and Render from a DWG model - 20/08/2017 23:12 EDT

We need a 3D DWG model, that has been created in AutoCAD, converting to a 3D Studio Max Assembly Animation and render using Photo realistic materials. Materials and finishes will be specified as part of the brief. The AVI render will last approximately 1 minute and will be in a simple environment, options of which I would like to assess for suitability.
The model is of a modular home, made of 3 generic panellised boxes, the first of which will be represented is an assembly of all of the components of the box, the second and third box will then drop in 'assembled' to complete the plan; following this a generic roof will lower onto the boxes to complete the concept.
There is no requirement to include furniture, I am only interested in the construction of the boxes.
I have attached a basic sample that we have created in 3ds max and we need to take this to completion. Please note that this has been compressed to .rar format
Please also note that the native .max file created and all materials used to dress the model need to be provided as deliverables along with the completed AVI file.
The AVI will be provided in FULL HD resolution.
