I would like to hire an After Effects Designer

I am creating a "video" from a powerpoint slide presentation. I want to use motion graphics created in After Effects for the title and three credit lines, in 4K or HD. This involves one slide with an image. The text file would overlay the image and need to be transparent. I like to to get the After Effects project file upon completion so that I can make corrections if the names change later on. I will import the file to PowerPoint to run over the image of one slide. I have After Effects templates to use but have not yet learned the program. I need this done quickly. A minimalist design would work. Maybe the title coming in first, followed by a reveal of two lines of text each for two different people. Maybe one can come in from the left and the other from the right? Followed by one two line "Narrated By". I am not sure of the animation look I want yet. I am including a basic mock up just showing four text animations I need. The animation will run less than 30 seconds. Let me know if you are interested.
