Task For the attached building design, to complete the following: 1. Complete electrical and plumbing design. Clearly illustrate drainage for emergency exit. 2. Design should incorporate two possible options for backup power - solar (on roof) and generator (basement or ground floor) - one design for each option. 3. Plumbing design should include water tankers (for water when there is a water cut) of appropriate size, as well as pumps if necessary. Tankers will probably be on the roof or basement if deemed appropriate. 4. Include internet (dsl) wiring on diagram 5. Include kitchen hood vent (venting to outside wall next to kitchen window) in apartment floor plan 6. Plumbing design should an option to incorporate a rainwater tank for toilet water - one design with rainwater tank with two sets of water supply lines going to the bathrooms, and one design without rainwater tank and just one set of water supply lines. 7. Make the flat concrete roof usable - add railings along the outside and any elements necessary for simple rooftop garden.
