I am a sculptor/designer and I am want to develop a series of sculptures for the Dutch Design Week next year. I would credit you for your role in the project.
I want the shapes/forms to be defined by data gathered (web scraper) from the website Pinterest that reflects current lifestyle trends and motifs. I have outlined below some of the areas that I am interested in collecting data about. Potentially it could simply be related to a set of defined words and how many times they appear in pins over a set time period.
I would like the data to be translated in some way into a 3d form/file that could be milled on a cnc machine.
The shape could be defined only by the data, or I would also like to see if the data could be used to alter or deform an existing 3D form.
It would be good to talk through the possibilities with someone.
