Hello, I have read your project description and checked the attached images. I have experience preparing drawings for both carpenters and diy option. Considering you need cutting list and assembly instructions, I assume you plan to build it yourself? Vanity: the attached image that illustrates style you like is clear, I would need dimensions of the cabinet, type/material of the sink and the counter, size of the sink you would like to have, positions of water pipes behind the cabinet. Kitchen island: style is clear. What needs to be specified are overall dimensions(I can make a suggestion based on the size of the room), counter material. Based on your input and measurements, I would prepare initial drawings, after we discuss them, I would prepare more detailed drawings, cutting list and assembly instructions (and you would always be free to ask me, if something is unclear).
