I would need a 3D model in Sketch2017 for a floor plan of a 2 bedroom apartment. No textures or photo rendering - bare walls and windows only. I have a small jpg elevation file that shows the floor plan of the place, along with some of the descriptions (planter, yard, bedroom etc.) It does not state the ceiling height but let's go with assumptions at this stage (let's say 3 meter-ish). If you can propose a timeline and a cost for the creation of a source Sketch2017 file that has this apartment in 3D I will appoint the project asap. Many thanks -
