Is the machine intended to make it, is a 3 axis or 5 axis. can you provide the make (name) of machine, so that working table size and x y z travel limits can be known. Is the work holding method decided, how to clamp the raw material block). Is the material decided, what is the hardness. what type of surface finish required. Details of the cutting tools availble. I am having a good expertise and long experience in this area, once sufficient information is available, i can provide step by step process tool paths with real time simulation video. Thanks
