Perdoo OKR Consultant

We are looking for a Perdoo OKR Consultant to help implement and guide our organisation's OKR program. Our current state is that the program is not implemented yet, however we do have specific goals in mind. Our team will need guidance and training from the consultant in order to ensure the successful implementation of our OKR program. As such, we need a consultant with the knowledge, expertise, and experience to work with us to ensure that our program is successful.
The consultant would need to provide full consultation on the OKR process and provide guidance in all aspects of managing the program. This would include conducting strategy and goal setting sessions, offering advice and recommendations on best practices, delivering communication and training, tracking progress, coaching and mentoring our team, and working alongside our internal teams to ensure the successful adoption of the program.
We need an individual who is committed to helping our organization achieve its full potential with the OKR program and willing to go above and beyond to assist us in this task. If you feel you have the skills and knowledge to help us build a successful OKR program, then we'd love to hear from you.
