I'm looking for an admin to assist me in managing communications with design clients, take minutes in meetings and transcribe voice memos.
Transcription and minutes are probably the most import aspects of the role so a good grasp of written english, grammar, attention to tone of voice and fast typing skills are desired.
Also, this will include scheduling meetings using google calendar, which it will occasionally be required to liaise with clients on my behalf using a provided email address.
In terms of working hours, it will be on an ad-hoc basis, aligning with when there area meetings which need minutes and notes captured.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone based in London, however am open to working with people in different regions provided their timezones align with the UK. A London-based candidate will have the opportunity to expand the role, accompanying me in in-person meetings when it's safe and possible.
I'm looking to really build a good relationship with an admin and work long-term with someone in this capacity. The successful candidate will be polite, patient, directly honest and will know how to work well in a professional context (a healthy sense of humour is a big plus!).
Additionally, design skills are an added bonus and would increase the rate I will be offering if you have the ability to produce reports and summaries to a good standard using templates or any design software.
