French audio required to be transcribed in french and translated to English

We are looking for French people who understand English really well. We have regular work. Your job is to transcribe audio files and translate those documents into English as per provided style guide in 12 hours.
This is a long term opportunity where we have lots of documents coming up every week/month and we want some one to deliver us quality results as there will be no compromise on the translation quality.
We expect you to review the work before you deliver to us. You can take as much as you want or as little as you need based on your schedule.
We need to have the BEST possible cost per minute as this is a bulk job so we are looking for the best price. You will be paid as per number of minutes you transcribe.
Candidates interested need to give a small 5 min test of below link as per style guide and attached sample document as sample to get qualified. You need to transcribe french part and then put English translation below it (just like in attached sample document).
