Hi, i am a native spanish speaker as i was born in the Dominican Republic and lived a couple of years in the states, also studied english so i have a good ground base of both languages, i have more than ten years of customer service experience in both languages, i heard the note and read the translation, there are a lot of sentences that could be written differently to make them look more US likely as it seems they were translated as they were said thinking in spanish not in english which makes the sentences lose its sense or not sound like a normal american conversation.
