It is a year project.
Following are our requirements:
1. Our client will be foreigner (corresponding to the language) and hence the French, Spanish, Portuguese resource must be able to speak well in both the Languages
2. French, Spanish and Portuguese Resource with significant experience who is fluent in writing, reading and speaking in the above languages. Preferably someone with a B2 level, has good experience to showcase (DO you have B2 Certification in both the known languages)
3. French, Spanish and Portuguese Resource need to speak fluently in both the languages as there will be some client calls if necessary (very rare)
4. French, Spanish and Portuguese resources who can monitor Social Channels within Our client's platform for possible engageable messages.
5. French, Spanish and Portuguese resources should be experienced to engage in French, Spanish and Portuguese language when needed to the brand's customer within Our client Platform.
6. French, Spanish and Portuguese Resource should be able to mail the brand on activity updates.
7. Interview will be done in December
8. There will be social media reviews, in the above mentioned languages, there will be some posts related to the work, if you feel that it’s not matching the relevant category/product then you need to inform the client (occasionally)
9. Leaves - 1 Leave a month
10. Working hours – 2PM to 11PM (IST)
11. WFH - Yes
12. Laptops – Mandatory (DO you have a Laptop/Desktop)?
13. Training - Will be provided by Our client Staff
