I run a podcast and have transcriptions of episodes completed. I would like to have those transcriptions translated into Spanish for our website. Each transcription is already edited for clarity from a 30 minute episode. They range somewhere between 3,900 and 4,500 words per episode. The conversations are casual and not jargon or technical. The translation into Spanish should maintain that conversational and informal tone.
There are currently fifteen episodes recorded and about half are ready to be translated. That number will increase as the remaining episodes are transcribed. Additionally, two episodes are released each month. So while there is a backlog of episodes to translate right away, there will be a steady, though small, flow of episodes in the future.
A sample of one episode is included.
The podcast, Outspoken Voices, is by and for LGBTQ families. Ideally, I'd like to work with someone within the LGBTQ community or an ally.
