Salut, pot traduce cartea ta in maxim 30 de zile, folosind o terminologie corecta si ii pot da fluenta textului, astfel incat sa fie adaptat pentru stilul SF. Vorbesc limba engleza la perfectie si am 6 ani experienta in domeniul traducerilor. Desi locuiesc in Franta, am lucrat ca Freelancer, pentru o serie de proiecte cunoscute printre care: jocuri RPG (Lineage, Dark Throne) precum si pentru o serie de clienti pentru care am semnat NDA (o sa risc totusi sa zic un nume - Barnes & Noble), unde, am tradus mai multe titluri din domeniu. Fiind un NDA, din pacate numele meu nu este prezent. Ce pot oferi - 200 de cuvinte traduse gratuite (sample) ca sa vezi daca iti place stilul meu de traducere. Hello. I have answered your post because I noticed it concerned the translation of a piece of literature, which is something I have always wanted to do. I also noticed that you would rather have a more experienced translator, but I believe that I am able to successfully carry out the translation. I will explain why that is in the following. I love literature would be the first to mention in that regard, and I read all books written in English in their original form, so I believe I have captured something of what it takes for a translation to work. I am a native Romanian speaker and have graduated from the Faculty of Letters affiliated to Babeș-Bolyai University, majoring in Comparative and Universal Literature and minoring in English Language and Literature. My thesis concerned the novels of Chuck Palahniuk and was written in English. I also have a CAE certificate proving my grasp of the language that you want your text translated to. I believe I would be able to provide a full translation by the end of around 50 days, but if you need it earlier, I think it is possible to finish in 30. I encourage communication with my employer and, given that it is a sci-fi novel, in case there are coinages whose sense is not apparent from the context or there are mechanisms within the universe of the book that have a more obscure semantic charge, I will ask you, such that the translation flows well.
