Powershell Script Modification

I require a Powershell script (to be supplied) adjusted to manipulate a set of arguments to remove the first 2 leading characters if any set of 3 (@@ or Hb or QD). Additional details and samples to be supplied to the winning Freelancer. The current script attached.
This is a very brief project which can be completed in minutes by the right person.
The final powershell script will be tested by me and when successful the milestone will be released.
