Hi, I've converted a project from Unity 4 to Unity 5 in past; it was a substantial project with hundreds of scripts. I've had to change some of the obsolete method calls for the new ones in Unity 5 and other such version changes. I've kept up with the changes Unity has made with updates or major version changes since Unity 4, so I have no doubt I can resolve your version issues.
