Make a Unity Game Based on a scene from My Upcoming Children's Fantasy Book

I am the owner of ParksWrites Press and a full time college professor of English. I have published multiple books in the children's fantasy genre. I am looking to create a simple 2d or 3d Unity game as part of a promotional for my upcoming book release. I need someone to create a simple game that can be played online or on a smart phone. The game will be set in a futuristic (solar punk?) city. A young girl is flying around the city in hover boots trying to collect Red Notebooks. She has to outrun some robots (who look like young kids in tuxedos) who are trying to steal Red Notebooks. There is also a boy character, so the game could have two options for characters. If the girl, named Rella PenSword, can save enough of the notebooks, she saves the city. If the robots collect or steal more notebooks than she does, she loses. The girl's or boy's only weapon is a bolas. I also have big dreams of turning the entire children's fantasy book series into a narrative-based game eventually, so this job could lead to a much bigger project if the developer is interested in doing a longer, narrative-style game some day. The cover art I've included is meant to be a basis for design, but the game doesn't have to be this elaborate, depending on the budget.
