Hello I've been developing in Unity and creating assets for projects on this engine for about 3 years now. I've been in 2d/3d graphics for the last 5 years. My last project was game development project done from scratch at 3k Euro budget, which was just successfully finished. I think in case of this game the success of it will hinge on good gunplay and how much interesting new possibilities will come from the sandbox construction/modding aspect. This is certainly a challenging project but I think we can manage it going one step at the time. I'm architect by education so I have good understanding of spatial relationships that would probably turn useful while coding/integrating those sanbox features. My bid is just temporary, I'd have to see the details of your project (just the chunk we are negotiating right now, not the whole process beyond KS/greenlight) to really ascertain the time needed to finish it.
